VALENTINE REMELS

     Valentine comes from Belgium. At nine years old when she discovers Circus, she already knows that it will define her whole life. 

After many years of youth Circus, a high school degree in "Theater", a “Music/Dance/Circus” pedagogical education, the discovery of Capoeira and some month of Circus training in Brazil, she eventually decides to mix Dance, Theatre and Floor Acrobatics in her own way. 

To keep developing her vocabulary she studied and graduated at the Circus Bachelor of CODARTS in Rotterdam where she specialized in Chinese Pole.

If Valentine has a background in many circus disciplines, the focus in her work is to let the audience forget about tricks and technique to follow her in a poetical journey into emotions.
